Throughout the Journal I have carefully selected quotes and Inspirations from some of my books to encourage you to reflect, be challenged and inspired – as well as written unique ones such as, ‘If Only They’ and ‘Can you just let me be me?’ Inspirations that were birthed out of moments of pressure and challenge that I know many of you will connect with. I have also included prayers and Scriptures that have particularly blessed, encouraged and infused me with power and hope on my journey – I pray they will have the same impact on you.

S.A.F.E. can stand for anything you need on any given day. Each time you journal, there will be a moment where you can positively affirm who you are so that your strength, resilience, confidence, esteem, faith and more begin to rise. On the days where there is a moment to pray, I have left the S.A.F.E acronym blank so you can decide what you want to declare over yourself. For those of you reading this who are thinking, ‘I don’t know how to pray, someone bought this journal for me,’ simply write what you need for that day using the acronym. There’s no right or wrong way to use this S.A.F.E. Place. Well, let me correct myself, the only wrong way is not to use it!

My prayer for you is that you will be inspired to grow as you share your highs and lows in this exclusive journal that was designed and created for a woman just like you and just like me!
